Do not include trpl in rustbook deps

We originally thought this would make sure both `trpl` and its deps were
vendored correctly, but it ends up appearing not to be necessary, and
having it present results in multiple copies of `libtrpl` in the output
for `stage0-bootstrap-tools`, which means the book tests do not compile.
