I marked the author of #134151 as co-author of this commit because I took inspiration from that PR.
If this PR is merged, the other one can be closed.
This PR introduces a script that replaces the unmaintained action we use for cleaning up disk space in CI.
I kept the functionality of the original script almost the same, but I refactored it to clean it a bit
To review, I suggest to compare the output of the job in this PR with the output of the job in the master branch. I did it and it looks good 👍
