Bigwarp should enable users to keep track of a sequence of transformations

UI

  • Display the list of transformations
  • Add a transformation of a given type
  • Remove a transformation
  • Import a transformation
  • Export any single transformation
  • Export the sequence

Use the NGFF format for import / export.

Technical details

  • Need manage multiple sets of landmark pairs
    • Display landmarks for the selected transformation (if relevant)
    • Update landmarks if the preceding transformation is removed / updated?
