Factor out a repo only containing the align methods?

I am using: https://github.com/saalfeldlab/hot-knife/blob/master/src/main/java/org/janelia/saalfeldlab/hotknife/util/Align.java#L284

Great function!

It would be amazing if I could import this function without importing the whole hot-knife stack (containing, e.g. n5 and spark dependencies). I could also do this on my own by copy and pasting the relevant code, but I was wondering whether, maybe, you would also have an interest in having the align methods available separately? ping @bogovicj
