Alpha Release

This was created under a deadline and not all features are completed. Core functionality does work, including racing, purchasing cars, training your driver, equipping car parts, and filtering your inventories.

Instructions for how to get the server and bot up and running are included with the release. In short, you must set up a Discord bot, paste the bot's secret token into the config.properties file. Next, install MongoDB, spin up a MongoDB, create the database along with the Events, Shops, and Users collections, then add the database name to the config.properties file. Once you've done all this and have both bat files running, the server will be live.
