Summary

add libp2p identity backup utilities and UI tab
wire up basic metrics for Posthog and Sentry
show connectivity toast
basic bootstrap peer config and helper
unit tests for new utilities

Testing

yarn test (fails: ConnectTimeoutError during Yarn installation)
