We will still need to provide bugfix support
@lwc/engine-serverfor at least another release, so we can't fully remove it yet. However, we can mark it asprivateso that new versions are no longer published. This PR also moves the shared SSR fixtures fromengine-servertossr-compilerso that we can do a clean deletion in the future.Review by commit to have a more manageable diff.
