Fixes after autoupdate

What does this PR do?

• Adds missing repo automation (missed by Copier because it was git add --intent-to-added by the new repo automation, fixed in 0.4.3 by resetting the index after)
• Fixes Pylint (did not run against all files in PR even though the config changed, fixed this in central-artifacts and the enhanced workflow from the Copier template)
