this plans on adding a few features, such as YIP identifiers, a `SPEC.md` file for documentation purposes, and $id versioning of the schema where `/v0.1.0/` is included in the FQDN BREAKING CHANGE: breaking change in versioning schema in the $id ref of the entire schema
mainly deals with npm packaging, see SPEC.md for schema related details
