* chore: inject plugin-kit

* chore: lint to plugin-kit presets

* chore: add semver wokflow

* refactor: move proxy setting to secrets document

* fix: beta flag version

* refactor: change to string count to track progress

* docs: update README with messaging

* refactor: gentler error for no secrets
