• Update React to v17
  • Update React, React-Dom, React-Test-Renderer
• Fix some dayjs types that used different dayjs imports
• Updated several antd / rc- libs

TODOs:

• Blocked by Refactor Antd Table columns #7772 which solves a Typescript issue
• Blocked by Improve time tracking overview #7733 which removes ReactGoogleCharts package
• Replace react-remarkable with a maintained markdown renderer, e.g. react-markdown Bump frontend deps #7813
• Replace react-sortable-tree dependency with antd <Tree/> Refactor Skeletontree tab as Antd <Tree /> component #7819

Issues:

• Contributes to Update React to v18 #5795
