- added DisplayStunts, which shows or not list of stunts for Users in a Team
- added DisplayCurrentRankings, which shows or not Current Rankings and Summary on home page.
- added translations
- set default to settings if they aren't in ScavengerHuntInitializer
- changed css for Lan ETS 2017
- squashed and merge because I am ashamed of this pull request
- other stuff
fix #5 added "sent back by judges" in status enum type and added css added DisplayStunts for teams in Settings more translations, css and remove view when editing added GuestSummaryVisible and added new settings in init reset initializer to default tagline and title
