Adapted the workflow to cycle on valid time. Series Analysis now takes the cylc point as valid time. Forecasts are retrieved and processed by taking the initialisation that the cycle point valid time, preparing forecasts/analysis for the next verification period.
Adapted GM data retrieval app to be agnostic to accumulation period.
Graphing changed to only run series analysis on 24hr accums at 0z cycle points. 6hr accums working on a rolling 6 hour window as opposed to 0z-0z fixed period for 24hr accums
Prep steps added to ensure all lead time can be verified in initial cycle points.
VerPy plotting app added.
