This project investigates association between human gut microbiome and schizophrenia. The analysis is divided into several parts. Each part is in a separate folder.
For each part of the analysis, cd into the respective folder to proceed. Refer to the READMEs within each folder to get detailed documentation. Data is obtained from qiita.
This project utilizes QIIME 2, Python, and R.
Anaconda should be installed first. After Anaconda installation, refer to QIIME 2's documentation for QIIME 2 installation. Most of python dependencies (including scikit-learn, networkX, etc.) should come with Anaconda installation. Install R packages accordingly.
