On MMC, one can find jobs specifically tailored to his/her skills mentioned in the resume by automatically parsing the resume and searching for relevant skills that the candidate possesses. This platform allows recruiters to view candidates that have applied for a particular job and can also view candidates that are relevant to a particular job description based on the skills mentioned in their resume.
