DEPRECATION NOTICE:

1. Since u-blox discontinued their Thingstream PointPerfect L-Band and MQTT encrypted SPARTN services in October 2025, the SPARTN Configuration Panel is redundant. The panel and its associated package dependencies (including paho-mqtt) will be removed in the next version of PyGPSClient (provisionally 1.7.2). The NTRIP Client facility will continue to support unencrypted SPARTN NTRIP streams.
