Should we mention that it's sort of alternating all-SMI and WG (focusing on a specific topic such as multi-cluster, ATM)?

I considered it, but I'm somewhat reluctant to put a lot of specifics in the README vs the meeting agenda doc (as it could become out of date and not-updated all too easily.)
