  1. Preliminary build support for WebAssembly. 

    This supports building harfbuzz-sys for WebAssembly using:

    --target wasm32-unknown-unknown --features=build-native-harfbuzz

Building with emscripten may or may not work yet.

This is progress on issue servo#153.
