This is a WPF application (Windows) coded using Visual Studio.
The database used is MySQL server.
Download MySQL installer and install MySQL workbench and server, import the files from the SchemaDump folder, then import the test_data.sql for test data.
Run the .exe from the bin/Debug folder.
