Increased stability

• Upgraded to Discord 11.3.2
• Changed error handling - bot will exit on unhandled errors, and will require an external monitor (Docker, PM2 etc) to restart it.
• Method for querying giveaway participants from Discord is now more robust, but giveaways are now limited to a maximum of 100 users.
