Added AVIF support.

The AVIF support is pretty basic and a quick hack, no advanced tuning here, only speed and quality encoding options are supported, I also upped the image and imageproc libraries' versions.

I have tested in my vibe coded slop website that it is indeed working which you can check here.

Your "slop website" has a lot of loading issues w/ missing resources and a bad SSL certificate. I would love to test but I can't!

I tried with my VPN disabled and it's working better now. I think your domain might have a questionable reputation and is getting flagged by my company's DNS filtering.
