Add a `SparseSmallness` class that implements an lp smallness regularization. Add notebook that experiments with sparse inversions.
Add a new `update_irls` method to the `SparseSmallness` class, so it can handle tasks required to update the IRLS on its own, without depending on the implementation on a directive.
Now it takes the mesh and their active cells as arguments, takes cell weights, and incorporate the cell volumes by definition.
Improve the constructor of the directive, so it can take multiple sparse regularizations that will get updated.
It got weird after a conflict resolution.
Remove the notebooks that ran sparse inversions manually and in two inversions.

Add a new
SparseSmallnessregularization that makes use of Lawson's equation to approximate an Lp norm with an L2 norm. Add a newIrlsdirective that implements the IRLS algorithm (Fournier et al., 2019): it updates the IRLS threshold in sparse regularizations and cools down the beta multiplier based on the current value of the data misfit. Add a newcreate_sparse_inversionconstructor function. Add two notebooks that run gravity sparse inversions.
