Describe the bug
If WebSocket server returns 0 (zero) as the value for a header, WebSocket client raises an error. For example:

Content-Length: 0

How to reproduce
Just run an example from the readme: https://github.com/sirn-se/websocket-php#client

Here is a bugfix: #31
