versionCode 12 -> 13 alongside versionName; sdkVersion moves to 0.14.0 as the next release (CI publishes this one from the tag). The CHANGELOG's Unreleased section rolls into 0.13.0 - the 0.12.0 tag never rolled it, so the section notes that some entries shipped there. Also documents the LocalAuthProvider software-PRF divergence from the Swift SDK (F-1, decided 2026-09-10: documented, not reconciled).
