To use the server_stop.sh script the stopServer function has to be edited.

Needs patch 2 (server_stop.sh)

New function has to be uncommented and old function has to be commented.

I like the cleaner shutdown of the server. Could you perhaps make it configurable via the preferences screen, whether the new cleaner shutdown script will be used? I think this should be the default and users that are still using an old version of arc can set a checkbox that uses the old script. Alternatively if you would think pretty much everyone using an Arc Server is on the required patch level, you may also just set this as the implementation used for shut down and remove the old implementation.

I will make it configurable (doing it currently now). I think I figured out how to do this.
