Bug: When the input is symmetric CpG sites and the user requests non-covered sites to be in the output file, all cytosines were being reported. This was not the desired behavior. It also made no sense, because even if all those sites were desired, the guanine next to the C in CpG would be present, but its data would also be present on the site beside it
