  • Added read data files, including a reference sequence (fasta),reads derived from real data (fastq), and a file of promoter locations (bed).
  • Added tests for counts, uniq, sym, hmr, levels and roi.
  • Included the test scripts and test data in Makefile.am, along with names of test output files included in CLEANFILES
