Rebased onto main (the --expose-socket feature merged separately): bounds streamed blob pulls, validates Mach-O and packed-section sizes against their buffers, routes pack asset extraction through safe_unpack, rejects non-regular from_file secrets and colliding published-socket endpoints, and fixes a stale pack test.
