avoid priming any libraries provided by gpu-2404 content providers

This should make webkitgtk-sdk work with the current stable mesa-2404, the current version is fragile: only if the snaps have the same content will things work.

This will not work in the way, it's expected. We'll need manually remove the files. The cleanup probably will work, but we don't need to staged the packages. And I am also not sure if that's the case, because it might be that the deps are pulled from the Ubuntu repo, same from where mesa-2404 is build. But, they're not updated the moment, the updates hit the official repos. May be that is where the problem lies.
