ML engineer. I work on applied ML and GenAI systems, mostly retrieval, agents, and the evaluation that tells you whether either one is actually working.
The thread through most of what I build is correctness. Finding where a system is quietly wrong, and then building the thing that proves it. A retrieval pipeline that returns plausible chunks is not a working retrieval pipeline, and the only way to know the difference is to measure it before you tune anything.

Mysa, a date-to-marry matchmaking platform. I built the matching side: an LLM inference layer that reads what a user writes about themselves and turns it into scored personality signals, feeding a compatibility engine that ranks candidate pairs. The inference is cached per user and weighted by how much text it actually had to work with, so a thin profile does not produce a confident wrong answer. Around 250 commits across the matching engine, the admin tooling and the chat service. The repositories are private.
Most of my day job is under NDA, so it is not here. In short: document-grounded question answering over technical and legal corpora, object detection pipelines for autonomous driving, and evaluation harnesses for systems whose output is a safety document rather than a prediction.
