I think Fireblocks should be the first one listed, as the biggest providers in the ecosystem

I think we should also mention Allow control list: https://github.com/solana-foundation/token-acl and add docs for it(Once we ship it), since it will allow more composability for future users building on Solana, compared to Transfer hooks.
