I'm technical lead at iBlockchain Academy in Vietnam. at iBlockchain, we have been researching hundreds of project and found out Solana is one of the most potential game changers at this time. So, I decided to translate the whitepaper for our community in Vietnam and upload in Solana's Github page for review.
