Automated vendor of the v1.0.0 release binaries (the release job pushed this branch but could not open the PR — the repo's 'Allow GitHub Actions to create and approve pull requests' setting is off).
Refreshes plugins/safe-ai-skill/bin/ with the four v1.0.0 release binaries + regenerated SHA256SUMS (shim + 4 binaries) so marketplace installs work on every platform and verify-plugin-bin stays green. Binaries come straight from the v1.0.0 GitHub Release build.
Tip: enable Settings → Actions → General → 'Allow GitHub Actions to create and approve pull requests' so future releases open this PR automatically (or add the RELEASE_PAT secret).
