Replace the stubbing with Bogus calculator / Bogus carrier
Add missing units tests so that every behaviour from every function is covered

weight_limit_tests

Tests everything with both domestic / international calculators
Add more comments for documented, unwanted behaviour that should change
Simplify and clean the variable usage
Less magic numbers
