Currently we have EffectSystem but it doesn't really function well as a particle system (no pooling, etc.)
Having one would be pretty good given they're in every(?) engine these days. Ideally you'd suss out other engines to see what kind of knobs they have for tuning particles and also have an in-game editor for effects as well.
