Either use cache=TRUE in R chunks, otherwise preview_chapter() (aka "Knit") instead of building the whole book at once.

May need to label R chunks to figure out where code is taking a long time to run.

Is there a cache_book() function in bookdown?

Currently takes ~2 minutes to build book
