How to add a chapter to this book

1. Clone the repository locally, following these instructions. (Note that the .Rproj file is required for bookdown to work.)
2. Add a new .Rmd file for a chapter (making sure it starts with a number - i.e. "11-new-chapter.Rmd"). Find the correct order of chapters on the GeoDa Documentation website.
3. Click "Build Book" in the "Build" tab.
4. Push changes (to a branch).
