CSPL-4123: Update install and upgrade examples

Description

This PR updates the SplunkOperatorUpgrade.yaml documentation to include information about which release yaml file to use, cluster or namespace. Before, the install documentation used the cluster-wide yaml, and the upgrade used namespace scoped. Now, there is an explanation in the upgrade documentation to match the install documentation, and for the user to find their current implementation to use for upgrade.

• SplunkOperatorUpgrade: Add examples for namespace scoped and cluster scoped deployments
• SplunkOperatorUpgrade: Add paragraph explaining how to find the existing deployment type
