For this graph, the input file is imported from Excel and saved as CSV
The file contained a table with 10 samples shown as columns. The rows represented the average relative abundance (expressed between 0 to 100). An additional column indicated the condition indoor or outdoor and the initial column indicated the genus of each row
The script provides a step by step of the commands to run to create a bubble bar where the size of the bubbles represents the relative abundance, and the colour (out of 2) represents the condition of the samples indoor or outdoor
