install script is missing

Your install instructions state simply:

"""./bin/install"

but this install script/binary is not part of the repo and it's unclear how to install this tool.

I'm trying the docker route, but am hitting snags there as well. This package looks extremely promising and I'd love to be able to give it a shot in my review of the current crop of CNV calling tools.
