This commit pretty much just cleaves out all the references to focal/CS8/RL8 across the workflow files.
It includes a few corrections for Zed, but not everything needed for the update. More changes will come in a part 2, however this PR is already big enough and due to the order of the commits, the conflicts would become a bit of a mess if I cherry-picked all the necessary changes at once
