Fix GitHub pages URL

the original URL(https://stackotter.github.io/swift-bundler/documentation/swiftbundler) doesn't work when adding its own domain to the repository
so I fixed the Link to https://swiftbundler.dev/

Hi tkgka, thanks for bringing this to my attention! I looked into this issue and found that it was caused by an issue with the update-docs GitHub Actions workflow. I've fixed the workflow and the github pages docs link now works. The reason it doesn't link to the website is because the website doesn't host the documentation yet (but you've prompted me to realise that that would be a very good idea).

I'll close this PR cause I've fixed the underlying issue, but thanks for your interest in the project. Let me know if you find any other issues, and I'd love to hear about your experience if you ever try using Swift Bundler for one of your projects :)

@tkgka I have now updated the site to include the documentation; https://swiftbundler.dev/documentation/swiftbundler. I also ended up creating a theme to make it match the site nicely 😅
