    Summary:

- A bunch of `azure.storage` schema objects are lacking `name` and `id` attributes in schema definition that are actually present in response bodies, and significant.  Eg: `FileShareItem`.
- Trailing `/` immediately followed by query parameters is sometimes ok, sometimes not; either way appears erroneous.
