On Macintosh Russian Phonetic keyboard layouts you can input
-/=withAltGr+ь/ъand_/+withAltGr+Shift+ь/ъ(same keys as the US keyboard layout, but with theAltGrmodifier). Additionally, you can inputёandЁwithAltGr+[Shift]+е.This PR adds this behavior to this layout.
If you want to use
Right AltasAltGr, and characters that needShift, you'll probably also need to go to Settings > Time & Language > Typing > Advanced Keyboard Settings > Input language hot keys and disable usingAlt+Shiftfor switching between languages (you still can switch withWin+Space)
