Per discussion here https://forum.image.sc/t/clij2-plugin-to-run-stardist/58662/11 I am including a PR with the appropriate changes to the configuration files. @uschmidt83 @haesleinhuepf I simply checked out the repo, ran the
github-actionify.shscript and sent the PR.Currently only builds the artifact and nothing else: needs Scijava Maven credentials to be added by @ctrueden.
Side note : the Clipper library inclusion as a file is not the recommended method, but there is no other clipper artifact on Maven Central I could find so currently no alternative. Either the author also includes the artifact on Maven, or an alternative would be to use another library (Java Topology Suite potentially?), but that would require some changes to the code.
