Recently,
@penumbra-zone/clientpackage was updated to v17 – this major upgrade introduced new API to work with the library. This PR updates the codebase to support the new version. The refactoring is minimal – didn't see a reason to change the state subscription model, even though the new API supportspenumbra.onConnectionStateChangemethod that could potentially simplify the ConnectButton.From the user perspective, the only difference is that connecting and disconnecting to/from Prax doesn't require reloading the page.
Plus, fixed the bug with the toast "try unlocking wallet?" being displayed for a fraction of a second.
