 I use [Express](http://expressjs.com/) with [React-Router](https://github.com/reactjs/react-router), [React](https://facebook.github.io/react/) and [SCSS](http://sass-lang.com/) with [Autoprefixer](https://github.com/postcss/autoprefixer) to build my projects. There are a few customisations although I kept the files to a minimum to allow for exploration and you being able to change things to your liking.
