[ACM-16805] Fixed regression for template resource patching

Description

After merging this PR: #1882, a regression was introduced that affected ACM version upgrades. This new PR aims to resolve the issue and enable successful upgrades.

Changes Made

Removed setting the template ManagedFields to nil:

template.SetManagedFields(nil)
