to ~/.rpmmacros

to build cirras-rpm:

  * Packages necessary to install:
  
    (rhq-agent)
    java-1.6.0-openjdk-devel
  
    (qemu)
    zlib-devel 
    SDL-devel

    (cirras-management)
    libxml2-devel
    libxslt-devel
