This pull request aims to enhance the project by creating a Dockerfile and a docker-compose file. Additionally, it will include all the necessary integrations to publish images on the GitHub registry. These images will facilitate the setup of various roles, including translator_sv2, pool_sv2, jd_server, and jd_client.
One notable feature of this pull request is the inclusion of a Dockerfile to bundle Bitcoin with the lastest sv2 code (bitcoin/bitcoin@master...Sjors:bitcoin:2023/11/sv2-poll)
Looking ahead, we may consider creating releases for more efficient use within the images, thereby streamlining the building process.
